My ode to loved things and people!

Todays Daily Prompt was as following

 Daily Prompt: Cupid’s Arrow

I have no idea how to write a poem. But I can try…. (Yeah, wish me luck)…

All the things I love in life,
Are friends, gifts and the boy of mine.
They bring me joy and happiness,
even when I experience stress(??).
I also love books, they are so great
They tend to give me greater faith.
And now I have no more to write,
These are the things I love in life.

For sure I do not love poetry (you probably got that by now..), but I do love books, Amazon and all the great people I have in my life.
I even love to read a few blogs here and there.

Since it’s Valentines and I’m feeling a bit pay it forward.
I will pick two people (if there are two people who leave a comment or else I just have to find someone who has a blog, read the blog and be awesome) who will receive a gift card from Amazon :) One on two worth 15$ each

Just because I feel like being nice today :)

Want to be the lucky one?

Leave a comment:) Nothing specific or maybe how you will spend the day? (Personally no special celebration or anything – but I did give my boyfriend a gift card to Amazon…)

(I would appreciate if you left your e-mail address as well, will make it a lot easier for you to receive the gift card…)

And I will pick two bloggers (I’ll figure out a way to do it fair :) random number picker or something.)

Wishing you all a Happy Valentines day :)

I would have wished you luck, but you did just fine without it.
Your poem and thoughts were lovely, there was no need for you to quit.
It may not be your favorite thing, but once a year I say go for it.
Get that poem out on paper, send it to your loved ones, watch them have a fit.

My poem in response was much, much sillier, that’s all I have to say.
Except, I do wish you and yours, a most wonderful Valentine’s day.

  4. Too bad Valentines Day is a work day for most of us, I got to spend it in the office working on Spreadsheets, got home very late and had a failed dinner with hubby. So we’re almost the same, no special celebration or anything :)
